I guess I completed my goal of getting all these done before the end of March! They’re all done before the end of February! I have had to go through this post and all previous to remove a lot of the videos, as it was making my website very slow!
January
This was how my 2025 started. And I don’t know if anything could ever beat this. As the caption said- I waited my whole life for that moment. To watch the new year’s fireworks over Perth’s skyline.

I made a Lego bouquet for well, as the caption says, mi amore. thought I could get some new profile pictures out of it so alas, these photos were born in mid January.
Some random clips I had in my Snapchat that I never did anything with, so here they are! I don’t think I ever posted these ones here.

I had a bit of a belated Christmas, so I didn’t open my gifts from my family until late January, so the first and second photos are the before and after of that! The third photo was my hallway after I collected all my mail (and some things from my parents that they got for me) after my holiday! I did feel like an Amazon warehouse for a while haha! I’m sure I did a Christmas haul video on YouTube. You can watch that HERE!
February

Apparently I did practically nothing notable in February as there was a grand total of one photo. The photo was actually for a thumbnail for a YouTube video that I made unboxing new cleaning supplies. I’ll link that video HERE.
March

This is Snoops, obviously. We all know snoops. He went on a hotel break with me for my birthday at the end of March. And then he went home and straight into the wash after his holiday haha. Some of these may have been in April but I thought I’d put them in March anyway. The vlog to that birthday trip is on YouTube, you can watch it HERE! Though my mental health was very bad, so it’s just me ranting for almost three hours.

In March I also did this. Before March, my microwave lived… on top of the fridge. But I have a fridge that’s built in to the rest of my kitchen and I had to stand on a chair to reach it. It’ll most likely be in one of my old vlogs from 2023ish, you can watch it HERE. And one day I almost fell so… I simply found a bit of worktop that sort of matched at B&Q and extended my kitchen. Not pictured, but I found the perfect Simple Human bin that fit perfectly under it from TK Max!
April

Here is a collection of randomness from April. We have a sunset at my parents house, some cherry blossom on my street, the sunset from my buildings window, a shopping centre, me and the stairwell where I occasionally sit to ponder.

I don’t have a picture of this when it was done, but you best believe I went through multiple of those yellow pens colouring the main part of the house in it haha.

Still one of the funnest things I’ve ever put on my walls. Did look better before the stickers, but I like my stickers. It helps the bad nights when my head feels swirly. If you know, you know.
May

I don’t know what prompted me to take the first picture. I just thought it looked so homey and cute. The second and third pictures are me before a lathered my walls in music note stickers hahaha! The fourth picture is some meal prep containers I got as I thought if I meal prepped I’d not resent cooking so much. Spoiler: it didn’t work and it made me hate cooking more but I tried! The fifth picture is the sunset from my buildings window but, a different window.

It’s that time again, for the annual photo in the same spot, in the same room, doing the same… pose? Gesture? I look so much more… zen. Happier even. Somehow.
Just me and my besties getting ready for the party, complete with party hats and cake!!

I wish I did this for the first year too! But here’s my second and third cake! And the third picture is snoops and I, with our balloons!!

In May I met Indie. A stray cat who was abandoned by her owner and subsequently gave birth to four kittens under my dad’s shed, after that point we unofficially adopted her and her offspring, and named them too of course. At the time I was struggling significantly and I think my mental health would have been 100x worse if Indie never came into my life. I would lay on the grass like some sort of coming-of-age film and indie would curl up next to me. In those moment I would rant and rave to her about my life’s woes and no one can tell me she didn’t listen because I think she did.

The top video is me putting up stickers, then pictures two, three and four are those stickers, including ones in my kitchen too! Fourth picture is a random selfie before I cut off all my hair and live to regret it for the rest of the year. Then the last video is my sheer joy over new pans!

At the end of May I recreated Starry Skies, a painting I originally made back in 2021 based on a poem I wrote of the same name. The third photo was my first boardgame that I made!
June

This was when I went on a walk along the Wirral Way in early June, I did get lost halfway through it though, which I am not sure how I managed to do, as it’s a walk I’ve done multiple times before lmao.

I got a new salt and pepper mill set and I bought a very big bookcase for my living room! I didn’t think it was going to be quite that big, I didn’t have enough books to fill it up, you know, with being a minimalist and all.
August

Not be thinking I’m a wildlife photographer while taking pictures of Indie-Boon haha. She’s a very photogenic cat!

This was when I got some wooden letters and bookends in Hobbycrafts closing down sale as well as some pastel paints! They’re to go in that one colourful corner in my bedroom.

Some more random pictures! The first being the new iPhone that I got, the second is the first selfie I took after my hair cut and another photo a few weeks later, and last but not least, another indie boon photo.

This was the year Pizza Hut closed down, so sad. But this was my last pizza I got from there. Really, the amount of green vegetables on these pizzas was dwindling down year by year, but I’ll always be loyal to my vegan cheese!

This was a random project that I made using the paper my toilet paper came wrapped in and I made little word cards, it was super satisfying to make.

This is one of Indie’s children, Echo Bang. Shes got such a beautiful fluffy take and looks brown but only in the sun!
September

This month I started my big uno painting. It’s was another one of those tedious paintings that isn’t complicated but so very time consuming.

In September I started some hobbies! A choir, a gardening club and a theatre thingy. I did stop going over the winter as things got… bad. Anyway, the first picture was when I digitalised my script, the second picture is my first ever attempt at pruning a shrub. The third picture was a Trader Joes bag I had imported and the fourth picture is when I was making a front cover for my choir folder!
October

^
Some random pictures for the start of October! The first picture is when I was sat on the bus one day playing animal Crossing on my 3DS. The second photo is a random selfie of me when my hair had grown a little, the third picture looks like indie, but it is in fact her child, called Odey. The fourth picture is when I got you dresses and I decorated the top of it with cute stuff!

The first photo is when I got my new wild deodorant! the second third and fourth photo are update from writing my book! I reached 25,000 words. I write in tiny notebooks as it helps me stay motivated rather than staring blankly at an empty word document on my laptop. It sets smaller goals which I find more manageable.

I got this random Simpsons colouring book off of Vinted and I managed to complete it all, including the background, in the span of a week or two!
November

These pictures were from a meal. I went with my mum to Nando’s as shortly after my favourite restaurant, Pizza Hut, closed down, my second favourite harvester, also closed down so Nando’s may not have been my favourite but it was the best we could do.

By November, I had finally finished my Uno painting. The second I had completed this I hated it. I did make a much smaller one which I spoke about in the post I made about my paintings, but as far as this big one is concerned, I hate it so much. I don’t know if it’s the size or the orientation or whether the wild in the middle needs to be bigger… I don’t know.

Just another random selfie of me in the elevators of my apartment building. I did say a couple of posts to go that the selfies become far between as the years go on and I wasn’t wrong. I guess I just started to really hate the way I look. Something that I still struggle with this day. It feels like a dark, dark tunnel.
December

Finally in December now! Here we have an empty bus and an empty street just after Christmas. And of course I had to include that time I scanned my scrapbook. Which has already been detailed about in another post.

The top two pictures are when Indie Boone slept on my lap for practically the entirety of Christmas Day. I wasn’t doing good on Christmas Day and I really didn’t want to speak to anyone, all I wanted on that day was my kitty. the third picture I was taking some point in December too.

These are the Christmas cards that I got this year, I haven’t needed to block out any names as Ryan no longer lives here, and me and liam became friends very shortly after this and doesn’t mind.

He’s the last two pictures for this post. The first one is the outfit I wore on Christmas Day. It’s really the only time of year where I wear that outfit it matches so well but it doesn’t seem appropriate for any other holiday, haha! And finally as the picture of my gifts that my parents meticulously wrapped for me, I’m so very grateful!
I’m seriously running out of storage on here, so I may have to go through and delete a lot of of the videos- which should tied over that I can figure out what to do about my thousand of photos! I will make regular updates, I don’t know if they’ll be every month or every quarter or every half a year… but I’ll see you soon friends!
